(Warning: this post might have TMI: Too Much Information, but I'm so excited I don't even care!) So tonight Gavin and I were chillin' at my grandma's house in Tremonton and she told me that I better show Gavin her new toilet seat because he will love it. (She knows him well!)
We went in the bathroom and she had a brand new fish toilet seat with a clown fish on it that looks like Nemo. Gavin got so excited! Well, I had been drinking a lot of water and I had to go! So I went and then Gavin wanted to go! So I put him on the toilet and he went pee in the toilet too! Hallelujah! I was so happy! Nick & Linsey and Sean & Wendy were outside checking out Nick's "man cave" (that's another story!) so I ran out there to share the happy news. I was jumping up and down and doing a little dance and I'm pretty sure they thought I was crazy! I hope this is an indication of things to come! Time to find a Nemo toilet seat...

Yeah Gavin! What a big boy!! It is funny what will get them started on the potty! Good luck with that!
As a mom of a recently potty trained little person, CONGRATS!! I know the excitement! I call my mom, Tangi, my mother-in-law and anyone else who would listen every time she did it for the first couple of weeks. Yay for Nemo, whatever works!!
The real trick is to now get Brent to use the potty.

Yeah for Gavin! :)Although I'm not a mom yet I can fully appreciate how hard it is to potty train young ones. That has got to be one of the most trying aspects of my job as a nanny. Keep up the good work! You are such a cute little mom. You and Brent are doing an amazing job with your family. I really love and admire you guys so much! :)

Yeah for Gavin! I am so jealous. I would love to get Bailee out of diapers. Gavin is so cute Randi. Such a cute family you have. I see your mom all the time at Walmart. I love her!
hurray for Gavin!!!I hope your potty experience goes much easier than mine Ilet Allison pick her own toilet seat and she likes it so much she wants to carry it around and never use it. I really wish that I could hire someone for this part of mother hood.
